CONTACT AND ENQUIRIES

When you contact us through a form, chat, email or telephone, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, email, telephone number, company and message. We use it to respond, prepare a quotation and discuss cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For communications with company representatives, it is our legitimate interest in business communication (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing data is voluntary, but we need contact details and information about your request to respond.

 

WEBSITE OPERATION AND COOKIES

When you visit the website, technical data may be processed, including your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited and visit time. Essential cookies support the operation and security of the website and remember your choices. Technical security is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. For optional cookies used for statistics and other optional purposes, the legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). RECIPIENTS AND DATA STORAGE

Wix.com provides the website, forms and chat. TWIPLA (Visitor Analytics) and Web-Stat are also connected for visitor statistics. Hosting, IT and email providers and our authorised staff may process data as necessary for these purposes. Wix uses infrastructure in several countries, including countries outside the European Economic Area. RETENTION

We retain correspondence as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting cooperation. We then retain it only as necessary to protect legal claims or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the correspondence, the duration of the business relationship and applicable time limits. We retain technical data only as long as needed for its purpose.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
